Needs improvement
I just cannot get behind this. I tried to like it and it’s just not working out. I can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone and chatting is just going back and forth. The camera will only connect to what my phone is connected to. I have an extender since the rooms are on the second floor. The extender is the one that’s connected to my miku and it works just fine. When I go into the app to change the wifi, it just takes me to my phone settings which changes the wifi on my phone and not the actual camera. I had such high hopes for this camera.Show lesshnguyen8806

I don’t know who is giving this product 5 stars cos in my experience it’s been one of the worst purchase I have made. It’s an expensive product for the camera to fail constantly. I have to plug and unplug it frequently to get it to work again which gets in the way of my baby sleeping. The video function on the app takes forever to load and the performance is so bad. It fails frequently and I have to keep pressing try again before I plug and unplug. Performance is key in a baby monitor when you have monitor your baby.Show lessChaitswillnotforget

I think they just released this too early. As a Miku user for the last 3 years, this isn’t there yet.
The AI tracking of breathing seems to work but you have to turn it on manually every time you put your baby in the bed which could be several times throughout the night early in. Additionally, it has been shutting off automatically on me after about 20 minutes. So if you wanted to rely on this, you absolutely cannot.
The app is very limited on features. There is no sleep timer that I have seen that will tell you how long your baby has been sleeping. There is no activity log or activity recordings either.
Lastly, the stand is pretty weak. It uses the pieces you would cover the cord with on the
wall as a the stand so it’s not very sturdy.
To its credit, the connectivity is flawless. The biggest complaint about my Miku was how unreliable the connection would be at times.
Hopefully we can get some of this resolved quickly or it will have to go back. Just need to be able to depend on something like this for it to be useful.Show lessMC789345
Good but can be better
The entries are useless considering it doesnt tabulate any of the categories like a Huckleberry app does, so now im using both again. Also, you cannot turn of the nanobebe light on the monitor. And even worse the monitoring randomly goes inactive all the time. Miku was king before the subscription charges, and this one is close with some improvements.Show lessFlint.Vandal

We love this camera and app. It’s fantastic to finally have an app that has every new parents needs in one! Baby monitor with peace of mind features like breath monitoring and motion/noise alerts, tells you when they fall asleep and wake up, it even has built in sound machine, two way talk, a locked down network to view when away from baby. You can track diapers, feedings, weight and tracks sleep. Seriously, one stop shop. Love it and use it every day!
