I've tried multiple meditation apps. This one feels the most personalized. I love how it asks me what my mood is and then provides meditation options based on how I'm feeling. I recommend this over any other meditation app.
This app makes daily meditation easy and approachable to even the busiest people. I love that I can choose what I want to focus on everyday and I love that it’s just one quick minute with an option for more if you’d like to dig deeper. I highly recommend to anyone curious about mediation. It’s also great if you already have a meditation practice but would like to enjoy a guided meditation as well. My fave category is the one for hopefulness!
I’ve never really meditated before, but Oseh’s definitely making it easier to find time to take a deep breath and just pause for a moment. I wasn’t sure if I would stick with it beyond just one or two classes but now it’s becoming a part of my daily routine and I’m loving every minute of it. Highly recommend!

I’ve tried many mindfulness apps including Waking Up and Headspace and this by far is my favorite. You wouldn’t think one minute meditations actually are effective but they actually are! I have two small children and it’s hard to find the time and space to sit down and breathe for even for a few minutes. With this app, I can meditate anywhere and anytime as long as I have one minute. It’s really that simple. I’m grateful for this app for allowing me to the space to slow down and breathe and recalibrate in a short amount of time. Ideally, I would love to work up for longer meditations but for the time being, this app is helping me stay consistent with a mindfulness practice and that is what matters to me most. The instructors are also very knowledgeable which I appreciate.
This app has quickly become a staple in my daily routine. The minute long classes make it practically impossible NOT to meditate everyday. I find myself reaching for the app whenever I need a mental reset throughout the day. Highly recommend!
