App crashes continously
I have used Merlin in the windows version for some time as research tool. However the Iphone and Ipad versions keep crashing. Now I cannot even open it.NoteAFan

Das Problem bei der App ist momentan noch das Design. Da Jackie Patty beziehungsweise die KI immer sehr viel Text raushaut, ist es so dass bei manchen Handys in diesem Fall iPhone 6s die Bildschirme den ganzen Text gar nicht auflösen können. Es ist nur so eine kleine Spalte und man hat oft das Problem dass man plötzlich auch Verlinkungen im Krieg die Teile 1 %. Der Chat zur Eingabe unten ist auch schwierig wieder weg zu bekommen kann halt nur dieses kleine Textfeld mit dem Finger berühren um irgendwie die Chance zu haben dass man den ganzen Text lesen kann. Zusätzlich ist es so dass bei der Ausgabe die Buchstaben teilweise falsch angeordnetWerden, so dass die Antwort nicht zu verstehen ist. Ein paar Updates müssen wohl noch kommen . Solid Features Hindered by Annoying Ads
Merlin's functionality is solid, but the intrusive ads hinder user experience. Constant interruptions detract from its usefulness. A less intrusive approach to advertising would greatly improve the app.Shayan!23

Dear User, please update the app to get ads free experience.There is no way to link an existing account to the mobile version.

Could be unbelievable but still a bit clunky
I wish it would tout security features and privacy preservation. Wherein we could effectively build a guaranteed private LLM that can interact with the public ones without revealing data or tiering data access. Hopefully something Nillion can support. Private miniature LLMs vs Merlin made or community made models that lack the depth of prompt and data layering without replicating efforts each time.
Lots of upside potential not where I’d like it to be but their support was dope. All in all tbd on if it’s worth the annual license but it is a very actionable and great documentation tool for remote and on premise settings.augustbaby2022
