Had an issue where my account was completely broken with buttons disappearing, projects not displaying, and workspaces completely bugged out. This has completely ruined my task tracking, and I lost all my work that had been built up over many weeks. Additionally, the app is very laggy when handling projects with a lot of information, which is ironic because that’s the point of a task management app. When working on a big project, you need to have a lot of information written down. However, the app becomes extremely laggy under these conditions. I had to create five separate projects to split my current big project into smaller parts just to make it more manageable and fluid. When I couldn’t fix these issues myself, I contacted support. Unfortunately, they didn’t know what the problem was or how to fix it. Eventually, they gave up and stopped responding to my emails. I genuinely liked the app, but the support team didn’t want to put in the effort to resolve the issue and effectively blacklisted me from using it. :( Overall, while the app has great potential, the lack of effective customer support and the performance issues with large projects are significant drawbacks. If the developers can address these issues and provide more reliable support, it could be an excellent tool. Unfortunately, my experience has left me disappointed and unable to recommend it in its current state.
