My wig came today. I am a strawberry blonde or just blonde. This wig is way too dark for me. And the style doesn’t look anything like what I wanted. How do I return?

I’ve contacted them several times regarding a wig they sent me that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I NEVER received any response from them about how I could return the wig and get my money back. Don’t EVER use this company unless you’re looking to throw your money away.Lucy/Linus
Problems with Wigs
I’ve had an issue with the company I ordered a topper and a wig. I received the topper, but it took another almost 6 weeks to get the wig and then they completely sent me the wrong wig. It was supposed to be a blonde blonde Bob and it had gray, not flattering at all so now I’m trying to send it back and exchange it for something else. We’ll see how long that takes.jackie or jax
