Wrong, wrong, wrong
My wig came today. I am a strawberry blonde or just blonde. This wig is way too dark for me. And the style doesn’t look anything like what I wanted. How do I return?

I’ve contacted them several times regarding a wig they sent me that looked nothing like the one I ordered. I NEVER received any response from them about how I could return the wig and get my money back. Don’t EVER use this company unless you’re looking to throw your money away.
Problems with Wigs
I’ve had an issue with the company I ordered a topper and a wig. I received the topper, but it took another almost 6 weeks to get the wig and then they completely sent me the wrong wig. It was supposed to be a blonde blonde Bob and it had gray, not flattering at all so now I’m trying to send it back and exchange it for something else. We’ll see how long that takes.

Bought the pony tail and love it. Soft and manageable. Ordering the topper now.
Poor Product
I ordered two wigs and am terribly disappointed in the two I received. They are not even good enough to use for Halloween. Pitiful- do not order from app - delete and move on from the thought of ordering. I feel scammed!
Disappointment
I was very unhappy with what I received. It wasn’t at all what it looked like on what you advertise.
