When the server is down and you cannot login to download your profile, NOTHING works! The support is a JOKE. Do not buy! Waste of money!!!
App update was a horrible idea
Everything worked fine and I was prepared to give this 5 stars, but then the app updated and now it cannot find my vacuum nor will it allow me to re-add and reconnect it. To make matters worse, my vacuum randomly talks throughout the day now. Tempted to throw it away get a better brand.
Ugh lost map.
It won’t let you assign rooms until it cleans the house. 80% through cleaning the map disappeared. Idk I’m beginning to think I should just vacuum myself

No se puede utilizar el robot solo para aspirar lo más sencillo mejor comprar una de bajo coste porque es igual si no se puede configurar y viene para aspirar y mapo y no se puede usar. Fraude….. y compré 2
Cannot connect to app
I will be returning the s5 max due to not being able to connect to wifi. Without the app, the robot vacuum is useless. It is not compatible with 2G or 5G.
