I have had no luck trying to contact anyone for assistance. Everything seems to send me to “contact seller”. The machine works fine, it’s the software that has gone crazy.
Installed in early August, it mapped the house and we set up zones. The APP is ok but could really use a manual for us old “technology handicapped” people (and blocked a zone to keep it out of the den). the unit worked fine and we set it scheduled overnight to sweep non Bedroom areas.
Then one morning we woke up and discovered the mapping on the APP had gone crazy. It’s wonky twisted, like a second map was made and twisted to 20 degrees to the left (have screen caps to show). Now the zones are all mixed up and us and the machine are confused.
Tried to directly contact APP but keep getting the Contact Seller. I would like help fixing this _________ problem. Somebody please. 😡
UNTIL this problem is Corrected, I DO. NOT. RECOMMEND this app. I am seriously frustrated and quickly becoming irate.
