Great looking game but so difficult to play
Please fix the bugs, and give us touchscreen controls that don't pretend to be a game controller. Give us better instructions on how to place things in the house. Please give us options what perspective the player is in relation to the character. Over the shoulder is nice, sometimes, but I prefer to have a fixed background. I keep feeling like I'm spinning around. Thank you for allowing us to remove the jitter. But the D-pad controls are awkward, especially on a larger iPad. I want to point at a spot in the floor and have the character go there. Thank you for creating, what already looks and feels like an immersive experience, in a really cool looking world. And so far, what looks like a really fun game. I can tell that you have put a lot of thought into its game mechanics, for example, being able to water and plant several items at once, but until this gets updated, I will wait until the experience is not so frustrating.Show lessMaya66
Used to be good, but now it’s broken
I really enjoyed this game when it was first released, and found it quite addictive, but sadly since the update 2 days ago which was supposedly to fix bugs, the devs have added so many bugs to the game that it’s now unplayable. You can no longer buy or sell from goofys stalls, interact with Scrooge Mcduck signs to upgrade or install items, you can’t even enter Scrooge’s stall, and you can’t ask any characters to come with you. I’m now stuck with a full backpack that I can’t offload in order to get the bits I need to complete tasks, so I’m basically stuck unable to play until the devs fix the bugs they’ve just addedShow lessnobody's here
Does not work on advertised devices
This does not work on the Apple SE 2nd gen or the Apple TV 4K 2nd gen, both of which are listed as supported on the Apple Arcade page. I reached out to the developer and received a response that the devices are not supported, and they had a list of unsupported devices that are listed as supported on the Apple Arcade page. I'm able to download the game on those devices but not play the game. I've reached out to Apple support who told me to reach out to the developer and then reach back out to file a complaint, which i did, but the second Apple support representative would not help me at all. The said that they can't control what app developers do, but this is part of a paid Apple Arcade subscription and I can't play the game. It's very shady to advertise a game as working on a list of devices that it will not work on. Amazing!!!
Honestly, I can’t tell you how much I love this game. It’s beautiful, so much to do, it’s free, no ads, it’s Disney. I mean it’s just amazing! My only problem is unfortunately I’m having a problem with the ‘A Restaurant Makeover’ quest. It just keeps saying the same thing over and over again, to go in the restaurant. I am but the option is the same, it’s like it’s not registering it. I’ve tried closing the app down, tracking and untracking the quest, I’ve tried everything. Nothing works. So I’m really gutted I can’t do this quest. PLEASE HELP!!!Show lessCJGX3
Not everyone has the newest devices!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reason for this review isn’t just because my device isn’t supported by this game. But, I have seen on websites like Reddit, other people have different devices that are also not supported by this game. Does Gameloft think that everyone has the most recent devices like a iPhone 15 or the most recent iPad?!?!??!? The answer is yes!!!!!! Do they know that not everyone has enough money to buy let alone own those kinds of devices?!?!?!!?! The answer is no!!!!!
Gameloft, rethink your logical on what devices are supported by this game soon or this game is going to have a review score of 1.9 or whatever stars like silent hill: ascension. Although you no Micro transitions in this game since it’s on Apple Arcade, you guys are being very rude and not so bright game developers like the ones that have a season pass for a game that is just cutscenes.

Compatible device?
Does not work on my compatible device. Signed up to Arcade just for this. Checked my device was listed as compatible (it is). But game won’t play, saying my device is not compatible. Confused. Heartbroken. And out of money. :(NoodleNZ

Hi I just installed this game and updated it but every time I go into the app it gives me a message saying my device isn’t compatible even though I'm playing on an iPad (generation 9). The list of compatible devices clearly states that this device is compatible…Avery2343
