Fun game, too many issues
This game would be perfect if it could work as it should. You could spend hours playing this game, but every so often you would lose your progress unless you kept saving every gain you made. Issues I’ve had include; app shutting down, app freezing, not being able to interact with objects like ‘picking up’ and ‘catching’. App doesn’t connect to the internet so cannot join ‘Events’ or access ‘Dreamsnap’ to complete quests with new characters. Even so, you can still enjoy hours of gameplay it’s just not as much fun as completing quests, but you can at least complete most tasks like collecting objects to make ‘Dreamlight’. Hopefully the developers still love this game as much as it’s customers do and will work hard on the issues that I and others have made.
UPDATE!!!!
Someone left a comment on Reddit saying that using a game controller with their phone would allow the user to complete all the quests they couldn’t do, such as; picking up the orb in The Plains and The Forgotten, catching the sun dial orb, and placing Goofy’s scrapbook.
So I went ahead and bought the ‘Nimbus’ from Apple and low and behold it worked! It also makes playing so much more comfortable and enjoyable. Why hasn’t anyone suggested this???

PS I upgraded to iPhone 15 pro and now have access to ‘Events’ and ‘multiplayer’. Also, I’m not thrown out of the game, but the game has frozen thrice times so far.Show lessMulanya

Love the game, but TOO MANY BUGS!
❤️❤️❤️This game is so addicting and fun to play, but it’s so frustrating that there are too many glitches. I know this is an Apple Arcade game, so the developers can’t really make much profit from this game, but still. Also, they take FOREVER to even hear you out, nonetheless fix them.😤
One bug that drives me cRaZy is the quest called “What’s Left Behind.” 😖So the first thing you have to do for this is grab the Orb of Remembrance. The thing is, YOU CAN’T EVEN PICK IT UP!?!? 😡I know that for most of the orbs, you just walk over it and then you got it. But when I tried this for the orb of remembrance, it didn’t work. Now, I can’t finish this quest and any other quest that need the Forgotten Lands.
I was really excited to unlock Jack Skellington, but I can’t get him without this land.😫If I don’t have the Orb of Remembrance , that means I haven’t really unlocked it yet since the Pillars are the things that unlock it. The orbs go into the pillars, BUT I DON’T HAVE THE ORB! Please developers, I beg of you to fix this bug. I know there are other glitches, but this is a huge one that needs to be fixed. I love this game ✨SO, SO✨much, but it’s hard to play with this problem in the way.😔Please developers fix this.🥺🙏

Really really love this game but
When you get to certain levels you can not complete the story because you can’t place objects or grab them. The devs have been notified countless times about this I’ve even put in seven tickets to no avail. I want to complete the story but I can not unless I have an actual game controller from another gaming system which I do not own. It’s unfair to make the game compatible for a phone but the bugs in the game prevent you from actually playing and enjoying the game. I’m stuck with fairy godmother trying to grab an orb I don’t have the option to grab and that is apart of the story line not a friends quest. I also can not place goofys scrap book to complete his quest. I can’t build Minnie’s tower unless I do it in the actual order she’s commanding and that takes days if not weeks to keep collecting all of the items she needs. And don’t get me started on Oswald’s clock. Like I said I love love love this game but I’m about to give up and delete it if something isn’t done or fixed soon. I’ll give it a better rating when I see progress for the Apple Arcade version of this gameShow lessCtbh4life
Too many bugs ruin the game
I was enjoying this but I’ve had to abandon a number of quests because of bugs which don’t allow you to pick items up sometimes. Have reported to gameloft but others seem to have same issue ages ago yet they are still not fixed.Mimi54983
Wish it was cross compatible
I like that I can play this while my kids are on the tv but hate that I have two different valleys one with moonstones but no dlc and a dlc version with no extras. Also I’m using an iPad mini and it’s actually almost perfect, sometimes I used my Xbox controller or the pencil for decorating. My biggest issue is that I can’t rotate my village in furniture mode it says there’s an option but it won’t work also some quests can’t be finished without a controller!Show lessAquickfall
Numerous bugs & issues
The game has been fun so far but I am running into consistent enough glitches and poor controls that are stopping my ability to progress almost entirely. 1: there is a glitch in most of the Time Island things—I can’t interact with the Sun Core or the Jewel in Gaston’s quest. The button to do so does not appear. Without it, i can’t progress in these storylines at all. I feel like these issues have been pointed out multiple times by people across platforms - Reddit, here, online forums, and haven’t been addressed. I attempted to submit a support request on Gameloft and that page would also not work, simply continued to refresh and not allow me to send in my request. 2: the furniture controls are incredibly aggravating. I have been trying to place an item for over half an hour. I have to tap the location I want the item, I cannot drag it, and then tap again to confirm. However, every second tap just moves the item or does nothing. There are plenty of ways to make the game more user friendly and the ignorance of issues reported and feedback from users is super frustrating. Maybe iPad Issue?
Hello absolutely love the game. I played and got from level 22 to 34. I finished friendship and story quests. This took me a fair few hours of play, and when playing the game the next day i have to save options pop up. The one on my device or iCloud.
They both said that I was only on level 22. I had to chose that save file and have spent the last few days getting back to where I was before. (Level 34) I did that last night, then I go to get onto the game today and the save files are not there. It said that I was last playing yesterday but didn’t have the correct save.
i have to go back to level 22 and do the missions again.
My game centre has the achievements from me doing it the first time around. Is there a way that i could maybe get back part that I lost?
I’m more than happy to play again because I can restrategise and do it better this time. But I’d hate to get there again and have to do it for the fourth time. I honestly felt like crying because i love this game so much haha. Also not sure if this is an issue on your end our my my iCloud account but looking for some help if possible.

Awesome game, pls fix iOS bugs
This is the first app review I’ve left. I realized I liked this type of game after being fully engrossed in Wylde. Disney goes further w the ability to arrange your house and the entire meadow. Gardening, gathering, cooking, outfits, character friendships, way more than enough quests and lands to unlock. I love getting to invite Disney characters to the island, and I’ve never even been a real Disney fan.
2 critical item pickups on Eternity Isle don’t seem to work for iOS w/o a controller. I still have plenty to do, so will keep playing for now. Apple Arcade access to this game is a great deal, I looked at starting over in Steam but each land was $30/ea. I’ve read a wireless xbox controller connected to the phone will work. Seems like a pretty straightforward bug fix for something that keeps the game from moving forward, but I’m not a developer.Show lesspeotect tg children
