All the five star reviews are probably from employees or family members. This company is a joke. They breached their contract by being late with our move, and then when we got our things, the expensive electronic items were missing (stolen), items were broken, and MY MOTHER’s FUNERARY URN WITH HER ASHES WAS DESTROYED.

App is pointless
You can’t track the truck or see an ETA of delivery date. Doesn’t update in teal time and truck says “lost”. What’s the point of the app? Is it to only hold the documents? If so, my email does that. Totally pointless and have to call them anyway about the location of the truck during this 1,200 mile move.

I was skeptical…but it was really helpful for my move
Honestly, at first, I wasn’t sure about the app when they mentioned it on the Sales call. I downloaded it anyways because “what’s in a moving app?”
A lot actually…. it was amazingly helpful to have all my documents in one place especially when insurance was asking for them, and to contact my rep and just feel good about where our whole life was at any given moment in the road. We moved 8 states away and being able to get status updates was a huge piece of mind.
We also were able to connect to their other services which was helpful because my family got the flu the two weeks before our move and it was seamless to get someone out to help with the boxes.
