Treadmill is good; app is garbage
The old app was garbage, and the new one is too. I would NEVER buy from this company again once this treadmill's life is done.Awful - sync does not work - customer support non existent
I have a TR5000 with the 1980s style DT3 console. The app refuses to sync - I have tried it with my iPhone (15pro max and iOS 17.6.1), Mac and old 2015 iPad finning iOS 16. Same result - click “end and sync”, the machine disconnects Bluetooth and the app returns an error without syncing anything. I will get a treadmill speed sensor instead. Lifespan support in Europe has completely ignored me despite sending emails, messages through their website and call and text message. Most shocking of all, when I called, I got voicemail then a text message that simply said “send an SMS”!!! The treadmill is great but this app is utterly useless.Show lessThey should just restart with app
The treadmill is great and I love it as an under desk treadmill. However the app is horrible. They have not fixed an of the issues people have raised. The app still does not accurately sync with ihealth and constantly freezes making the step count inaccurate. While I love the treadmill I would not recommend to people solely based on the app. For something that costs so much you think the app would have better support and be functional.Show less
