Funds, bill payments doesnot works

Funds and bill payments doesnot works it randomly works most of the time doesnot works and gives that transaction is unsuccessful. Whereas it works fine when using standard chartered web based banking.

5-Star ifโ€ฆโ€ฆ

iโ€™m willing to give the app a 5-star rating if Dark Mode is implemented.
The reason I chose 3 stars instead of 4 is because Dark Mode is a huge deal. Using the app at night is a mission in itself.

2 problems with the sc app

1. Unable to delete unwanted payee from the app no option for it neither swipe left would work
2. Huge latency compare to other financial apps at the initial sign in.
Overall experience is just 50 30

Login Online Banking webpage > transfer > local funds transfer > delete option will appear in front of each beneficiary. Login Online Banking webpage > payments > delete option will appear in front of each payee. Furthermore, we regret for an inconvenience. The app is not working on iPhone 6 plus

The app asked me to update to a newer version. When updated then it says the current version is not supported download an older version. Older version says I need to update to continue using app. Updated app says it is not supported.
This is infinite loop and im left without app to use ๐Ÿ™

Slow to load, slow to perform

2 Stars. Whatever happened with this app! Takes ages to perform transfers. Too much latency and delay since the redesign. Iโ€™ve switched to HBL till this is fixed!

Hit or miss app

Never seen such unresponsive banking app than this current Standard Chartered mobile app! Each time you need to transfer to your existing payee it just throw an unknown error 001. No matter how what you do it wonโ€™t let you transfer. BUT with same internet connection it will go through fine. I donโ€™t know how this app developers have designed it but its very inconvenient and frustrating sometimes when a transfer fails. The previous app wasnโ€™t too pleasant in looks but never had these unknown random errors. This issue is happening for at least past year or so. Needs to be fixed!

Furthermore, would like to ifnrom you that error 1001 is general error, which occurs due to caches issue, connectivity issue or if there is any issue at any Bank's end (either at receiver / sender). Moreover, would like to ifnorm you that services were down on 6th July 2024 at 4:30 PM and end after 15 hours on 7th July 2024 at 7:30 AM, if transaction was tried to perform during these hours, then issue would be occurred accordingly

Ever time I try to do a transaction it says, we are sorry, we regret to inform you that are not able to process your request
