Having used the website for the last year, the app version makes accessing the video content even easier. Liz is an ace Pilates teacher who uses her own experiences as a runner to help build focused routines and enable us runners to build strength using Pilates. If only I could get myself into better habits and use this in a more routine way - that’s my next step!Show less
