  • Great addition to your running routine

    Having used the website for the last year, the app version makes accessing the video content even easier. Liz is an ace Pilates teacher who uses her own experiences as a runner to help build focused routines and enable us runners to build strength using Pilates. If only I could get myself into better habits and use this in a more routine way - that’s my next step!

  • Great resource for runners

    I’m an older runner and have been using this site for a few months now and can certainly feel the difference in my running. I’m stronger around my core, running faster and don’t tire as quickly as I used to. Sessions can be done live via Zoom or caught up with in your own time. There’s a huge variety of exercises - pre and post run sessions, specific sessions for core, glutes, hamstrings, upper body etc, beginners courses and many more. All levels are catered for in each session and the sessions last between 10 mins and an hour, so it’s easy to pick and choose the ones that you need and can fit into your schedule. There’s even self tests you can do if you’re not sure what areas of your body you need to concentrate on. Liz is a really friendly and knowledgeable teacher. I’m so pleased I found this site and would highly recommend it to other runners.

  • A great way to start the day!

    I’ve been using this app for a while now, but started to do a Pilates every day before work. It’s a fab way to start the day, especially as I’m a desk worker. I feel much better and definitely have better posture. Plus I’m sure my running has improved with several PBs of late.

    So easy to navigate. Huge video selection and of all durations including short sessions which are perfect for me as I don’t have much spare time day to day and I need short videos quite often.
