  • Fabulous Pilate Sessions

    Really enjoy joining LIVE sessions & the selection of workouts available to fit in during your own busy schedules. Feel the sessions push me physically, but also I always feel refreshed & that I have gained some well needed ‘me time’ after. Thank you Liz, I always really look forward to your workouts. I wouldn’t be without them x

  • Pilates for Runners

    Liz has made Pilates fun. It is so easy to use the app. I can do 10 minutes classes when time is limited and also do classes which fit into my schedule. All levels are catered for and I’m sure that it is helping my running.

  • Fantastic app

    Absolutely love this app I use it almost everyday as it’s so versatile and offer many different options. Perfect not only for runners but for recovering from injury or if you just want to do Pilates.
  • Just brilliant

    Liz is approachable and helpful with her knowledge and experience. I find her classes are supportive and easily understood as a beginner but she also gives progression up to become more experienced . The large choice of structured programs for overall strength and mobility has helped my development and maybe one day I’ll progress to the sessions for help with running marathons !

  • Pilates for runners

    I started using Pilates for runners a year ago. Web based, now have the app.

    The classes are great and so well thought out. Live classes, prerecorded sessions, challenges. Sessions for mobility aiming at different parts of the body, all on there.
    Elizabeth really knows her stuff, and my core is so much better now at 43 than it was I younger and thought I was strong and fit!

    The app is easy to use and navigate.
    100% recommend. Five stars. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Great app!

    Pilates for runners has been amazing for me for preventing injuries and strengthening as I have increased my distance and trained for some half marathons. The app is a great way to use the content and makes it so much easier. I would definitely recommend to any runners who struggle to fit in their strength training. Thanks Liz!

    Really easy to use app with ample on demand sessions of many kinds, a community area with support, challenges, and live sessions. Liz is an excellent teacher and the well-styled app is easy to navigate. It’s premium Pilates for the development of strength and running form.
