Instant pay

What’s the point in having shiftkey wallet if we’re not getting instant pay from a lot of facilities that require signatures? We’re definitely not get instant pay because we have to wait until the facility approves it which sometimes takes days.

Crappy app

Why is this app not letting me login? I’ve tried my passcode and it kept saying it was wrong. I deleted the app reinstalled it again only to STILL have trouble getting it. It said my phone was a new device which it is not. And of course you can’t reach support even when you have an issue about your money because they are closed on the weekend. Go back to rapid pay card shiftkey.

Be careful switching

Switched over to ShiftKey Wallet thinking daily pay would be nice in the middle of payroll, now I haven’t been paid for a shift I worked over a week ago, which has already been approved and resolved by the facility. it just keeps saying pending. Also simultaneously when I switched over to ShiftKey Wallet from direct deposit, it messed up my ShiftKey app and I can’t even pull up my schedule anymore.

After I had some issues with ShiftKey Wallet and didn’t like it, I tried to switch back to direct deposit, but ShiftKey runs you around in circles pretty much preventing you from doing so saying “they need to email a form to payroll” when it’s literally a simple as entering your bank account information, Just like when you sign up. Probably so they can keep making more money off of the fees. Just overall has been a very unpleasant experience and has made a ShiftKey overall not as viable in comparison to working for a company like cascade, clipboard or Medica shift etc. that offer daily pay without such issues. Hopefully they get this fixed and pay meee before I go the department of labor.🙃🙂‍↔️
