CHARGED FOR A YEAR SUBRCRIPTION
Was only going to use the free trial which was clearly the first option and as soon as I accepted it charged $60+ for a year subscription and I went to cancel it but the app does not allow it or any chat assistance, only contact is by email and Im still waiting for a response. Very inconvenient and was clearly set up to make this mistake so be careful.

Hello and thank you for your review. As we immediately respond to your email as well, this is handled by Apple 100%. We have no way to charge you or refund you. Also, there is no trial on the annual subscription currently available so you must have selected the wrong option when you signed up.
