This is the most blatant cash grab game that is riddled with bugs. Devs put no effort into anything they release and the discord mods abuse their power by banning everybody. At the current trajectory, the game will probably shut down in less than 1 year. I would not spend time on this game.
Don’t play
Extremely p2w heavy, nicknamed bugnarok with how many bugs there are. Takes days if not weeks to fix them as well. We’ve been playing with Portuguese sprinkled everywhere for a week now. Game breaks every time there’s an update and the game’s dying with how many people are quitting due to no new content. Discord mods are terrible, kicking people left and right with absolutely no warning or timeout beforehand. I have never experienced a mod where they just kick you without giving you a reason why. It’s like they don’t want you to play to either 🤷🏻♀️

Very nostalgic
I used to play ragnarok when i was 11 years old. Now im 31 years old and i still remember everything about this game. The skills classes etc are the same. Especially the background music which what makes it ragnarok online! I love the game and would definitely recommend! Thank you for making this game

Massive P2W money grab
absolutely no balance between classes, new classes are extremely unbalanced relative to old classes, new content is released extremely quick but not in a good way. New content is completely focused on invalidating prior investment more than anything that actually improves the gaming experience or overall feel. Instead new content bloats the already limited UI and forces players to spend more otherwise they become less competitive or unable to progress new content. This is the craziest gacha I’ve ever seen. My guildies are spending 10 grand a month at least. 2 grand for costumes, 5 grand for one MVP card, 2 grand for a wedding, and so on. Don’t play this if you cannot control yourself. The game will take full advantage. And for gods sake, please hire and keep a good QA team. This game shouldn’t be so buggy and broken for how much it makes.

P2Win and Play
This game is very real money invested. Now that the game is far from its opening almost all the dungeon/instance have a “pay wall”. Meaning you have to purchase a certain material in order to deal better damage. You have wait for a whale to carry you or else you won’t progress on PVE content. I expect PVP content to be pay to win but now mostly PVE content is pay to win as well. Nostalgia is not worth paying for this game.

Fun game but expensive.
This is a game remade from a 20 year old franchise. Having played the original one, it is nice to see what they did and the game does look beautiful, with lots of events and activities to do. The main issue is how much money you need to spend on this in order to be competitive on end game content. You can choose not to but your chances to get gear and improve your character are greatly diminished. Gravity seems to add more and more money based events, and they are not even close to cheap, so at this point this is a gambling game.
