Banking App
This is absolutely the worst banking App I have ever tried to use.
It’s redundant and confusing. I tried to use the bill pay portion and it began by asking me questions I had no suitable answer for. After 3 wrong answers it locked me out and to this day I am still locked out. The credit union help was not only inadequate it was useless. After having all my accounts transferred to this institution I am going to revert to my previous banking institution. I will again be in banking limbo for at least a month,.Show lessinsoluable
Code 500
Can someone please tell me what code 500 means? I’ve never had an issue logging into my account before, but now it suddenly won’t let me and continues to say error: code 500. I’ve had the same password for 2 years now, so there’s no way I’m putting it in wrong. This is so frustrating! I just checked it this morning, and it worked fine!
