Several issues
I really love this game but there are several issues. The firefly festival doesn't give you the energy gift when you earn it, when you merge and finally achieve the cat you don't get the gift, the decor road energy gifts you don't receive even when earned and the full month reward you don't get.
So any events they have are fun but you never receive the reward. I have emailed them twice with no response.

When’s the next update due been stuck for months now can’t do the fire fly tasks has not gets stuck at 100 energy and can’t get passed Chapter 5 level 24 old Airport. Also when I go to the event islands the minute I go back to the main island the event islands always reset. It’s very annoying

Please send us a new letter at info@levelapp.io so that we can act correctly. The island bug you mentioned is already in the works. Speaking of the ads bug, we will need some info on the purchases you've made to see if there is a bug or a misunderstanding.
Support Response is Horrid
Still having numerous issues. Tonight it keep crashing. I still can’t collect any of the energy I’ve been rewarded. When you click the button nothing happens. I’ve sent numerous emails, videos of the issues. I’ve received one response telling me it would be fixed. Still nothing.
And yet again
And yet again, issues continue to arise. It claims that something is blocking a tree so I can’t move forward. And now when I try to back into the game, it wont open.

I WARN ANYONE, DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME!! It glitches CONSTANTLY, if you make a purchase it doesn’t always come through and then if you contact support they literally remain silent and ignore you. I’ve completed multiple tasks without it registering to the game, ie, found the cat 4x and NEVER ONCE DID THE GAME REGISTER I DID. Once again contacted support with no reply. Screw this developer! Screw this game! They DO NOT RESPOND. 100% disappointed! Trying to SAVE others from my mistake of playing his game and giving them my hard earned money to receive NOTHING!! DO NOT PLAY!!!

Frustrated with Glitches and Zero Response from Support
I’ve reached out to support numerous times about my game glitching. I’ve spent money on the game and have completely lost the game I was playing. All of my progress is gone and I cannot get it back. I wasn’t able to collect winnings, when I clicked on a claim button it wouldn’t work. I would get caught in a never ending loop. Would love support to fix my issue and restore my game.

Update- it did it again with the Firefly event. No rewards

Now I can not claim it on the decorations lvl 10. One last thing. I have maxed the kitten twice but nothing happens. The order is still there to fill. Anyway, I still love the game and the events are super fun!

Island 24
I am currently stuck on Island 24 - Old Airport and can’t remove the tree. The new update yesterday didn’t fix this. The message says I can’t reach it, something is in the way but I’ve removed everything around it. Love the game but this is frustrating and has been like this for weeks. Please fix it.

Alot of problem with the game.
Alot of bug with island 9 - old airport. My energy cauldron is stock so i can’t get more energy. Says im at 100 since 2 days and cant put more berrys in it. Fun game but the bug keep ruining it.
Update *** its been over a month and no update or anything on the game. No bug fix and i even send a email to the creator but no returns. I love that game but its being sad that i am not enjoying it anymore because they dont fix it.
