Fun game but too many glitches

Good day. Please try to update the game, it should help. In rare cases, you have to wait till the end of a time-limited event (such as Adventure pass) for it to get resolved. Hope you will be able to enjoy the game once again soon.I like the game but…
Is there a way that you can get energy? Right now, I have to wait for energy to fill. Can you please improve the game by getting bonuses in the game such as energy, etc. Please reply. Thank you.Sam7536

Hello and thank you for playing Merge Dale. There are plenty of ways to get Energy in Merge Dale. From picking up berries to watching free ads; opening Energy chests and merging & using Energy vials. Use all of these methods to your advantage :)I have enjoyed the game but there is a glitch or something
I’m up to island 7 and I can’t go any further as I have to collect another moss, but have collected them all it just didn’t register the first one? Help.kirradiane

Chapter one of this game is so fun, but by the time you get to chapter 2 it all changes. The first island in chapter 2 requires you to be on level 16 of your farm and that is just not possible. There is nothing your can do on your farm to raise your level so that means you can’t move forward in the game. What a waste! I guess it’s time to uninstall and find a new game.Show lessBjean66

Started good. But the amount of energy that you get in order to complete the tasks in the different islands is ridiculous. You can literally cut down one tree in a bush and then you’re done for four hours until your energy replenishes. Super super boring. You just never get anywhere. Super sad because this could’ve been great.Show lesscookie7718

If not, please email info@levelapp.io with the model of device you are using and attach a video of the problem. It is important for us to see exactly where things are going wrong during loading so that we can resolve the issue.Can’t progress

Really fun but broken
After you complete the first island in chapter 1 new beginnings, it doesn’t unlock the second island leaving you unable to continue, due the next quest relying on that island being unlocked. Really sad because it’s a good game with a interesting mashup of gameplay. Hope to see it get fixed:(vycjoedr i
Would be better if you could proceed
So I have just finished the first island task and now I have to sow wheat on my island to proceed but I can’t proceed as you need the 2nd island to open to allow the crops for the wheat and the second island won’t open so basically there is no where to go so you can’t proceed in the game.HazelJ23
