Great for coordinating with my team
We’ve been using this app to communicate and stay on top of customer requests at our vehicle calibration shop. We’ve found it helpful to be able to create different GCs for different purposes. Like, we have a GC for our sales team, separate from a GC for our techs.
As a manager, I like that all phone numbers and emails are kept private. I don’t have to worry about that stuff being shared broadly across my team, unlike whatsapp. I’ve had issues where a phone number found in a GC led to a huge headache.

Great communication tool!
Easy, intuitive tool to use with everyone and it’s been super helpful to have all communication in one place!
Excellent for small businesses!
I run a small business and this app is a game changer! Now I can keep tabs on scheduling much easier and quickly make firmwide announcements. Mass group texting just wasn’t cutting it. I am recommending this to other friends who also run small businesses

Better than texts. I do want to see more around employee onboarding like handbooks and doc signing. Otherwise pretty good for what it is

I was recommended this app from another store manager I met recently, so I gave it a shot. Keeping information in sync has been good so far. I also spoke to their representatives on some issues and they solved them promptly. Cant wait for their scheduling to come out. Keep up the good work!
Easy team communication
Breakroom helps us onboard new teammates and keep channels of communication open. We use it for broadly-distributed announcements, 1-on-1 conversations, and everything in between. Their interface is sleek and I like how they use gifs to make it fun. Our team has had great feedback to using this, over texting and group chats.

The communication features are excellent for everyone involved. It's a tool not just for critical tasks but also for sharing a good laugh with your team and even the boss. Overall, pretty wonderful job.
