A huge let down
When I first got the app, I liked the fact that it had options to request a refill, communication so you could ask questions, and scheduling an appointment.
The first huge let down was the fact that the communication takes absolutely forever to receive a reply. If you need a question asked quickly, I’d absolutely avoid using the app. Honestly you’d probably be better off going into the office.
Another huge let down is the fact that you have an account for the app, but can’t pay your bill from it? The only way you know you have a bill is on sign in from the office itself.
Adding a pharmacy for your prescriptions to go is a joke as well. It’ll say pending for the longest time and just won’t add into your account.
Overall a terrible app. Needs a ton of work if it wants to be user friendly and actually useful to its patients. Only reason I gave it a 2 is because the idea is all there. Just needs to be more convenient.
