I took a pic of a plant for some help. Unbeknown to me Somehow I now have this app for 12 months which I don’t want, didn’t sign up for, my account debited, can’t contact anyone to get answers, & can’t get my money back.

This has been a nightmare. I want to cancel my subscription effected November 2, 2024. Have customer’s support contact me . In the meantime I’ll still be looking for the customer support information.
