Is free to use!
I tired it bc I have a plant that looked like it was upset lol leaves were dipping down and everything but what I did to skip the 7 day trial was just click on the top multiple times, and it closes out the 7 day trial thing and keeps you in the app (for developers: I feel like you can add a x at the top of the screen so people can click it when you start the app there is no x which I’m guessing why people assume it’s not free)

Also couldn’t cancel
Not only could I not cancel it, but they charge me for the more expensive subscription. And I can’t see that you get anything more for paying the higher price. It is definitely a scam. Don’t get the free seven days. You will end up paying a lot more than you bargain for.
Annoying
I got this app to help me cure all of my dead plants… but it’s not working, but it does show me what kind of plants they are so that’s fine!! And it is super annoying because there are ads popping up EVERYWHERE!!
Scam
All they do is take your money doesn’t work for any plants didn’t even identify my plant correctly. All this app is to do is make bunch of revenue for this company!!!…

Can’t cancel
Just wanted to try and see if it works as advertised because my mom bought some mums that seem to be dying. But after scanning them the app really didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know. Like yeah the leaves are yellowing they could be getting too much water or too little. Make sure they’re getting enough sun blah blah blah. Things I think anyone could have guessed anyway. So I’m not impressed with the app and want to cancel but there’s nowhere in the app to cancel. It just says I’m already a premium subscriber or whatever and there’s no option to cancel!! What a scam.

Hello I mistakenly deleted my app, re downloaded it and it won’t let me restore it Says “Restore failed “ how can I get my app back that I paid for ???
Plant recognition and subscription issue
The app does not recognise my plants and in addition I cancelled my subscription which is not monthly but yearly and does not offer refund.
Can’t cancel this trial subscription
This is a scam! I tried canceling this app before the trial ended and there’s nowhere on the app to actually cancel before you’re being charged. This is a scam and is ridiculously fraudulent. Sent an email and still haven’t heard anything back.
I can’t cancel my subscription
So, I downloaded this app because I had gone camping and I’m growing a garden and need to know if things are helpful or not so I subscribed and then when I went back to cancel I couldn’t! So now I’m stuck with that
