I’ve only had this app for a day and I’m already so grateful and impressed. I’ve already had 5 “sessions” where this app has helped ease my anxiety. I also love the option to meditate on the affirmations it gives you! There are so many amazing aspects of this app and I’m so happy to have found it especially in this point of my life. It’s the most perfect affirmation generator based on the thoughts you write in the venting section. I love how it compiles your fav affirmations in one continuously flowing page. The questions it asks during the chat session are also valuable and aid in self-discovery. Anyway interested in enriching their lives must have this app!Amal Al Zarouni
Amazing app
Love this app for journaling and venting but I do feel like the messages from the app is genetic and literally the same a bit too long for my taste and gets super repetitive. It also asks way too many questions. It’s just not for me personally.heurbdib

When I feel bad in a day and open this app and tell my story, this app is able to understand my feeling and give me suggestions and inspirations. Just like the lyrics of a song You Raise Me Up: When I am down and ,oh my soul, so weary. When troubles come and my heart burdened be. Then, I am still and wait here in the silence. i didn’t know what to make of this when i downloaded it, but it’s some how turned into an app i use a lot to get a helpful perspective without having to trust others with details of my personal life.
