Annoyed customer
I tried the three-day trial on the app and enjoyed the affirmations, so I decided to purchase the yearly subscription. However, I keep getting glitches that interrupt my experience. I get notifications to upgrade to premium status, and all the icons seem locked. I tried to contact customer service to inform them about the system glitch because I paid for the membership for the year. But I couldn’t even do that—the app required me to take a picture, and I wasn't able to write my complaint.LiPHtown
