Video/Audio Sync Issues on AppleTV app
While the app has some improvements in terms of content… once you put a live game up full screen… you start to see the video stutter as if it’s buffering and before you know it… there’s almost a one minute delay between what you hear and what you see. So in other words… Video and audio get out of sync when going full screen on the AppleTV version of the app.

Out of viewing area
I’ve owned this app since it came out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. So, if watching your team is important to you, find another source. It constantly says the games are not available in my area. I LIVE IN HENDERSON NEVADA!!!! I share my location. I’m so angry I get locked out of the games I pay for. The price isn’t a problem. I’d easily pay twice or three times as much if the app would just work. This is an ongoing problem that it seems like Knightime+ is not attempting to fix. And you can’t even talk to anyone at customer service to get them to fix it. They’ll get back to with in 2-3days if you’re lucky, which I have never been because they’ve NEVER gotten back to me. Why is it so hard to watch hockey in Vegas? This is ridiculous! It’s our home team, and it’s nearly impossible to watch!

Glitchy and unreliable
Terrible! I’m currently trying to view the preseason opening game on the app. The game isnt being televised. Although I was charged for the app, it’s still as terrible and unreliable as it was last year. I live in Las Vegas and I can’t watch my team play?!? Everyone in my online hockey group 13,000+ people) os getting the same message that we are “outside of the viewing territory”. Ridiculous, frustrating, and a total waste of money. If you try to contact customer support, you get an automated message saying that someone will return your message in 2-3 days. Wow- thanks for nothing! Save your money and dont get this terrible app!!

Good idea. Bad app
I could only get this app to work after about two weeks into the season. So I paid $70 for nothing, since by then I paid for a streaming provider that carried the VGK games.
This app logged me out almost every time I tried to use it and resetting my password was so problematic I finally gave up trying.
Also they constantly say that all the games are carried by this app, but that’s not close to true. You need TNT and ESPN to bridge the gap. I will not recommend this app to anyone and definitely would never renew.

Log-in Process is Broken - iPhone and AppleTV
App constantly kicks you out when you close it. Doesn’t remember your password or allow you to save it. Phone app is difficult to even get to the password input (wants to choose a password for you when you’re logging in as a returning user). AppleTV logs you in and plays the feed twice with a small delay so there’s an echo. You then have to close the app and try again. It does this EVERY TIME.

How watching Sports Should be.
This is how watching sports should be. Watch the team that I like and nothing else. Thanks for creating this app. I always wanted to get the NHL package but Black out restrictions never allowed me to watch the games for my home team! This is a 10 Star app out of 5 stars!
Mostly Great
We have quite a bit of trouble logging in each time we use it. However, once we get access, it works pretty well. If you can work out a way to not make me go through all the hassle each time, I’m willing to go up to 5-stars. Until then, it’s somewhere between 3.5-4.0 stars.
This app is amazing
I just love this app you can watch the replays the live games and the cup you see everything you need and more fun family friendly videos it has a count down tracker till the next live game and it is just amazing if you love the Vegas Golden Knights Go Knights Go
Could be 5, but it’s not perfect.
Even this app has blackout games and you can’t watch games out of state. Its annoying that it makes me log in every time.. why not let me stay logged in? Also the commercials are so repetitive! Otherwise the streaming is good and I’m glad I can (mostly) watch the game on the go.
Pretty Good!
Good VGK content at my fingertips. I’m grateful they have packaged the games like this. The main negative is those special games that other channels have purchased the rights to, eliminating the ability to get ALL the games here. It’s frustrating but thankfully there are other options. Hoping this App keeps getting better, and that they increase the range of access so I can watch games while I’m working on the road.
