    I recently purchased a pack; server maintenance DEFRAUDED me of contents of pack. After explaining the issue to support; I received responses about how the game works and not about the problem. Due to lack of care and/or understanding, I was told nothing could be done. My next course of action was the purchase itself; I explained the situation to Apple. A refund was issued because no explanation/help was provided by support. After receiving the refund, I was then PUNISHED by having a penalty applied to my account. The penalty restricted gameplay and features. I was EXTORTED to repay the refund to continue to communicate/play with the friends that I have made while playing. Customer support does not assist with situations or help with technical issues when money is involved (unless you are a big spender or high roller). They keep your money at all costs and issue penalties while denying justice and fair play. Awesome community and gameplay when functioning/operating properly.

  • Fun Until

    I can go back and forth all day about how games like this are a cash grab but I genuinely enjoyed the art style and mechanics I hate season 2 with the introduction of ship building you don’t have guaranteed chance of a legendary ship understandable I guess but randomized skills is one of the dumbest things I heard of it’s hard enough to get a legendary ship as is and getting what you want is basically impossible which reinforces the idea of a cash grab game I would love a skill change system to be put in place or give players a chance to re-roll ship skills at the very least and trinkets shouldn’t be using the same currency as for hero’s it’s hard enough to get certain hero’s as is and upgrading them and now with the introduction of trinkets my enjoyment has gone down significantly not because of the trinkets themselves but the system put in place to acquire the trinkets it’s nearly impossible for free to play players to keep up if you don’t plan to spend money from the start you put in a position where your going to fall behind it’s not a matter of if it will happen it’s a matter of when it will happen I hope they can cater to more to free to play players but in my experience I don’t believe they will I love this game but the direction it’s going I just don’t feel like playing anymore

  • FunPlus has hit ROCK BOTTOM

    1) Overrun by children. 2) no chat spam filters. 3) no mute button. 4) no block button. 5) no cohesive/coherent structure. 6) NO IOS SUPPORT. 7) codes & gifts ONLY issued to NON-iOS users. 8) Streamers CRASHING severs NON-STOP, the developers failed miserably. The game is infested with spoiled & entitled children who fail to understand the underlying theme, PIRACY … not some FarmVille or Roblox hallucinations. These pests will invade your dm’s & cry hours on with NO WAY TO PREVENT IT. The developers screwed the pooch on this game. 0 out of 100 stars. FunPlus .. you’re very bad at what you do. The industry whipping post. To the FunPlus developers that will leave an insulting comment, worry about your job .. not my fact based notations. Fix you game .. you’ve created a platform for Hate-Mongers, Fascists & Racists to flourish WITH NO SUPPORT SYSTEM (Apple is watching).

  • Not everyone realizes that other people have lives outside the game

    So I just got kicked out of my guild for being inactive for two days today would’ve made up the third day however I spent a lot of my gems to rank up the guild.
    In hopes of making the game better and more fair all resources that you put into the guild before getting kicked out should be refunded back to you and the guild should take the hit for it over all cuz all these guild Leaders are going to have people joining in there guild just to have them kicked out after they help them out for a few after ranking up there guild

    PS who in the rightful mind spends 3k on an app some people need a life

  • Hmmmm

    So the game is fun during the first start of a server. But it fades quickly as the first hurdle is you have to join a big clan right away. Then after the seas start to open up it becomes obvious that the game is Chinese dominated pay to win. My suspicions are that in other countries all the extras you would pay for to either get ahead or keep up are cheaper than US. You will bankrupt yourself before you will be able to keep up with them. And so much is based off of how your clan is doing compared to competition with other clans that yes one over leveled pay to win captain will dominate any others easily. I don’t really recommend the game unless you do want to put in money early and a lot. If you do and you get with the Chinese or Russians you will dominate.

  • Great game! But I would say…

    Fun, competitive I like that. The game is very fun I enjoy it. But one thing I would change is the price to pay for packs. 10 to 20 is a little step for the good stuff, I would not mind paying 5 to 10 here and there but 10 to 20 makes me sit on my payment and think about it. Not saying change the packs but maybe add more packs for the lower end cost. BUT you do get good free items if your patient, but games like this take patience. So I’m only saying to get the people to pay more make more 5 dollar packs. Other then that love the game

  • Scam! And blackmailing

    I made many purchases in this game, yet when lost event reward which I earn with using real money they kept me waiting and end up saying it’s complicated issue we forwarding it to developers and no timeline for how long it will take. Now is the important part. My daughter made purchase by mistake so I refund it to my surprise they banned my shop access even though I already paid for some monthly packs like subscription etc so now I am unable to pick free or paid items, and they demand that I pay the refunded issue or else I will remain banned from shop etc. I am waiting for final respond then will contact apple as well as my bank Make the long story short they are blackmailing me

  • Same as all the others but with pirates!

    This game is like all other open world “ship” games such as Star Trek with the exception that APO is simply a gang of whoever has the most power hitting everyone weaker than them. So before you get to enjoy the game and its mechanics you’re already being targeted by a toxic group of pay to play gamers. After the tutorial it looses most of the “exciting” gameplay such as ship to ship combat and on deck ship battles. Overall it’s alright, just definitely a slow churn.

  • Very unbalanced and dev extorts money

    If you purchase a wrong item or item doesn’t work as expected (like hero call doesn’t work before event ends - it’s a bug in their game) and request a refund because you can no longer get the right hero, they will not refund. If you tell them to take whatever item you bought back and refund - they won’t. Keep in mind that even if you do it a minute after the purchase - absolutely no grace period. Here’s a kicker - as a last resort, if you refund through Apple Store explaining the technical issue in the game, dev will lock your account from buying - ever - so you basically can’t progress anymore and essentially lose anything else you bought previously until you pay the “debt”. Yes, this is a huge pay to win game so spending $100s of dollars weekly is the only way to progress fast enough so others don’t kill you or kick you out of the gang constantly. It might be fun until lvl 10 then it’s just a grind and money dump to get to 20. Customer service does not understand English, takes over 24 hours to reply. After 2 weeks (!) and 3 different tickets with them and constant copy/paste answers that have nothing to do with my request - I officially gave up because all season events went by and I couldn’t buy what I actually wanted. The graphics are pretty, but that’s just about the only thing that is pleasant- everything else is frustrating, time consuming, buggy, etc.
