Hidden rates & subscriptions
At first in the App Store it doesn’t mention having to pay for a subscription just to get rides or pickups sent to your phone. I paid the subscription fee & then after DAYS of not a SINGLE ride sent to me it sends me a message requesting to deposit money into the account JUST to be able to get a pickup delivery sent to me? Are y’all joking? The app drains my battery life for running in the background & doesn’t even work! This app is a SCAM

This app has a subscription for in app purchase, but it’s not listed on the AppStore page. What is this? we have to pay to use the app? Please answer.
