My fiance and I were LOVING this app, having weekly in person check ins about our answers etc. we both updated the app yesterday and now all the history is gone. The quizzes, love jars, reflections, convos. We lost everything we’ve been working on. So disappointing

Not only is the app glitchy (my husband and I did the check in twice and it still won't mark it off on the home screen) but customer support is not existent. Tried to fill out customer support ticket several times and from different browsers but after you hit submit it says you have been restricted from the helpdesk page.

Your Kuddl-Team I downloaded the app but after reviewing it I decided to cancel my subscription the very next day. When the 7 day free trial ended sure enough they charge my card.

We’ve only been using the app for a little while but so far we love it.
