Hard is fine but impossible isn’t
I love how I’m able to watch ads or do do the extra tasks to earn more gems. That’s very helpful in not making me spend money all the time to get more gems. I have completed all 3 levels in all the locations, and now I’m on the New Delhi and now I have to watch ads for the extra time, just to finish a board. I get making levels harder but when I have 45 seconds to fee 15 people, but you only send me 11 customers in that time slot, how is that beat-able without using more seconds or help? I am not loving that at all!

Fun but doesn’t give you the time you need
The game was fun at first but all the timed stages they don’t give you enough time to complete the stage. Every time you lose they will eventually add more time to the level, but how do they expect you to win the first time around if they don’t give you enough time to win in the first place. They want you to spend money to continue going is what it is. The game cheats.

If you buy any packages in game, that purchase is used to add extra items on your Apple Pay. I would buy a $4.99 gold package and 2-5 more purchases were added to my account. Of course, the bonuses never show up in-game, though the money is taken out of Apple Pay.
I enjoyed the heck out of this game until those hidden extra bonuses, that I did not permit, showed up every time I bought some gold.

To many ads
Fun but you watch more ads than play the game

Like the game, but there are too many ads right flyer the game. One should be able to choose if they want to see an ad without having to pay for the ad. An individual is not going to pay for an ad unless they play the games continually all the time. Money is too hard to earn to waste it on p,aging games, or ads. When these games first came out before techno,ogy got complex games were free and no ads or minimum ads were needed. The ads are more than game time play>

Horrible Customer Service
I enjoy playing the game but I’m stuck on a level because when I make the pizza with olives, it only lets me click on 1 of the pizzas to deliver to the customer, and then the rest burn. I haven’t been able to play in at least a month. I’ve messaged customer service several times, and have never received not one response.

Well, I get it: you want to make money from the app. But guys, the game is half a minute of gameplay and half a minute of ads after every tiny short level—this is just ridiculous. Why do you call it free when it’s impossible to play? I didn't even get a chance to consider paying because I got annoyed by this attitude towards the user. Delete
