Bought a M1800 today to pair with my M3000. Works well but the M1800 unit disconnects frequently and the LED dims while being in white color. Need to restart the unit to recoonect with the M3000 unit. The firmwares are updated for both units. What can be the solution?
On a separate note, i have anothe M3000 unit which is not turning on from yesterday. Checked the power cable and that is ok. Tried with reset as well. Not turning on!Show lessDeveloper Response

Please check the model, hardware version and firmware version of your router? Maybe you need to update the firmware to support Cudy APP management.Option request
