Need support?
Bought a M1800 today to pair with my M3000. Works well but the M1800 unit disconnects frequently and the LED dims while being in white color. Need to restart the unit to recoonect with the M3000 unit. The firmwares are updated for both units. What can be the solution?
On a separate note, i have anothe M3000 unit which is not turning on from yesterday. Checked the power cable and that is ok. Tried with reset as well. Not turning on!Show lessDeveloper Response

Please check the model, hardware version and firmware version of your router? Maybe you need to update the firmware to support Cudy APP management.Option request

Please add parental control and website bllcking features or option to set age group for contents by connected devices.So far so good
Please add support chat, community and email on app. Also add an option like check for update.
On the other hand improve the range, I noticed after recent update I am feeling wifi range is reduced a bit(M1800 v2). TIA.Developer Response

Doesn’t appear to support RE1200 even after firmware update, and latest firmware update for CudyTech LT500D required to use this application also introduces many critical bugs to the LT500D.
Quality time needs to be spent fixing the firmware’s on the CudyTech LT500, LT500D, and RE1200 before they continue working on this application.

Stuck in the device password screen. It shows me the following message after putting my password:
“The internet connection appears to be offline.”
Then I tried from android and it worked just fine. Devs, please, do not push unfinished products on the app store!Enhancements Required
As an starter, this app is pretty cool and functional with my Cudy M1800. But it requires so much of enhancements. Dashboard should contain more relevant information. Tips, Help should be added for the users to understand the technical terms and troubleshooting. UX can play a big role here. I believe, team will take good care of this beautiful product.Show lessMy biggest mistake was buying this router.
Bought 2 pieces and after hours of trying they just don’t connect to each other. And talking about this app, omg this is a whole new story of disappointment.
