Internet speed BUG

Thanks for adding the internet speed meter to the app. However, I believe it’s buggy because the app's internet speed does not match that of the website version.

New features in the updated version. However, it still lacks some important functions like setting 2.4G or 5.0 G preferences by dvice, data usage by devices, QOS limit at less than 1 mbps etc

Can’t find any option to see or send SMS.

Missing some important functionalities

The app is working well so far, but a few improvements are needed:

1. Device-specific bandwidth and limits: While the dashboard shows overall bandwidth usage, it is necessary to display the bandwidth consumed by each client individually. Additionally, there should be an option to set bandwidth consumption limits for each device.
2. Control over all clients: My mesh system includes a repeater, which appears as a client itself. However, the devices connected to the repeater are not recognized as individual clients, even though they receive IPs from the mesh system. This issue needs to be addressed.
3. VPN: The app currently lacks VPN settings. This feature should be added, along with a quick on/off toggle similar to the LED control.
4. Signal strength: The signal strength of all connected clients, especially for the spare mesh router, should be displayed. This information is essential for properly placing and orienting the router.

Need support?

Bought a M1800 today to pair with my M3000. Works well but the M1800 unit disconnects frequently and the LED dims while being in white color. Need to restart the unit to recoonect with the M3000 unit. The firmwares are updated for both units. What can be the solution?

On a separate note, i have anothe M3000 unit which is not turning on from yesterday. Checked the power cable and that is ok. Tried with reset as well. Not turning on!

Absolute trash

Sorry to say but can’t connect to my router after 3 days of trying. Can’t find my device.

Please check the model, hardware version and firmware version of your router? Maybe you need to update the firmware to support Cudy APP management. Please send us (support@cudy.com) the model and firmware version of your router, we will check the issue for you.
