I would have given a 5 but no this has been the 2nd time this happened to me I requested my ride at 8:15 this morning and it was to be here expected by 8:20 by 8:30 my ride got cancelled as soon as I hit the door I’m now waiting till 11 to get to work so not I’m only late for work my ride keeps saying it’ll be here in 10 mins but my driver drove right passed me fix that issue or compensate the people who have to wait this long for a ride or give more suggestions to riders.OgAquarius
