1. MOOD TRACK: people can track their mood, emotions, and thoughts. And they will find insightful trends and triggers of their moods, which is helpful for their wellness.
2. GUIDED MENTAL HEALTH JOURNAL: three good things, gratitude journal, daily reflection, success journal and so on.

INTERACTIVE SELF-HELP SESSIONS: Each self-help session is designed for specific situations and problems, providing both the underlying reasons behind these issues and the principles of their solutions.
