This app & technology is an absolute game changer for myself and my fitness. A game changer!
I’m a 49 year old weekend warrior who recently ran a personal best of 5:58 mile utilizing this app during beta testing. Prior to this, my personal best was a 6:03 which was set 37 years ago! The unique tissue scores alert me when I’m at risk of injuries based on my genetics. I have also never experienced any fitness app that gives you an efficiency score after each recommended workout.
