Your feedback keeps us motivated to deliver the best service.One day I opened ShiftFlow and was logged out of my account, not sure how or why but it happens sometimes 🤷♀️ I tried logging in with every email I have and all came back with “incorrect username/combination.” I tried “Forgot Password” on every email and all came back saying not registered. I used the app for 2 weeks with no issues, clocking in and out and receiving pay no problem, and suddenly I don’t have an account? Now I can’t seem to find a direct way to contact customer support. Please help me! I have a registered account, I don’t know why the app thinks I don’t.

Additionally, to improve the user experience, we are planning to add a support button directly on the login page to make it easier for users to reach out to us when they face issues.I was never made aware by the app or company that I was going to use the app on a trial basis. I used the app for almost a month and now they have blurred out all the information unless I pay. And the thing that gets me is that they have the audacity to tell me that my 7 day trial basis is over! How is that possible when I’ve been using it for more than a month now?? Ridiculous! If this is how they’re starting off, then it’s easy to know where they’re heading. What a joke.

Only question i had is about the Est Pay i calculated my hours on a calculator and it gave me a number that was about 3 dollars off from what the app gave me doubled check if i was right and it gave me the same number i got last time
