No more squinting—enjoy the app at your preferred font size! Shift Time Check for Jobs and Breaks: When creating or editing a shift, if a job or break falls outside the shift time range, we’ll now prompt you to either trim the extra time or extend the shift duration—helping you keep everything in line. Unaccounted Hours in Job Code Breakdown: Unallocated hours without a job code will now be displayed in the job code breakdown, ensuring you can easily spot and allocate those hours. Alphabetized Job Codes: Job codes are now sorted alphabetically in the selection list, making it quicker to find what you need. Quick Access to User Profiles: You can now jump straight to a user’s profile from their timesheets. Easily verify pay rates, shift history, and more with just a tap. Break Time Overrun Warnings: Break time overruns are now clearly indicated in red, providing better visibility when users reach their time limits.

Choose Your Export Destination: We've made exporting your reports even more flexible! Now, you can choose to save your CSV or PDF files locally or directly to your favorite cloud service like iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox, and more—right from the system file provider. (Just make sure you’ve installed those apps first!) Live Activity Glitch Fix: We squashed a pesky bug where the live activity for ongoing shifts wasn’t disappearing after clocking out. Now, your shift tracking is as tidy as ever.

On-the-Fly Clock-In Adjustments: Managers can now adjust clock-in times while an employee is still on the clock. No need to wait until the shift is over to correct those "I actually started two hours earlier" moments! Enhanced Time Entry on Desktop: Scrolling to set hours and minutes on non-touch screens can be tricky. Now, you can directly input shift times using your keyboard, making time entry on desktop smoother and faster. Inclusive Export Reports: The export report now includes hours from deactivated users, ensuring that all worked hours are accounted for, even after an employee leaves.

Paid Break Overrun Correction: Based on user feedback, you can now set the overrun portion of a paid break with a time limit to be unpaid. This gives you more control over break management. Job Code Search Box: We've added a search box to make switching job codes faster and easier. Find the job codes you need without scrolling. Expanded Spanish Localization: More sections of the app are now available in Spanish, enhancing accessibility for Spanish-speaking users.

Detailed Job Code Reports: The job code report now provides detailed shift entries, including date, start/end time, and notes for each team member, instead of just totaling hours. This improvement offers more comprehensive insights into your team's work. Spanish Localization: Initial support for Spanish has been added on the home page.
