What is happening.
Got up this morning. Game will not load. At title screen it reverts back to my iPad menu. No update notification in the App Store. Internet is working fine. Tried turning iPad on and off. Nothing. All others games loaded working fine. Help.

Great game, terrible support
I love playing this game. I like not having to compete in events and being able to watch ads to get lots of items. Unfortunately the support is terrible. I have NEVER received a reply/acknowledgement to many emails. For that reason I won’t make any in-app purchases.
Game and customer service issues
The game itself I like, however I have gameplay issues. For instance, the relics event is ongoing now and I am not receiving credit for building my relics up. I have no updates, I tried reinstalling, and I even relogged in. I was backed up but it still set me back months of work and the event is still not tracking my progress. I’ve sent customer support three emails and received no response. I will continue to play but I don’t recommend spending any money since there are issues and no one helps solve them.

No Support
I was double charged on a piece of land i bought and I cannot get any support to get over 1800 gems back. This game was amazing until the last update now it’s awful. Ads freeze up and you don’t get the rewards. At this time I have stopped recommending this game.
I really enjoy the game
Most of the mini games are repetitive, the ads always freeze and you don’t get your rewards otherwise really enjoy.

It’s a good game; easy to understand, so far no ads and you do get to buy gem but don’t cost too much. I like it.
