Never done a review but I’m very frustrated. The remote somewhat worked for 10 minutes then completely stopped working. Even while connected to the tv the remote does nothing. Take a chance and try the free trial. Do not give them any money. Don’t take a chance on emailing customer service either. It’ll say you can but when you go to send the email the send button is grayed out therefore it cannot even be sent. I’m only giving one star because I’m not allowed to give zero.User_robking
