💗 the Yoga 15 app

I’ve been a yoga 15 member since January 2021. Abi’s videos are easy to follow and build skills in a methodical way, starting with basic poses and increasing in complexity. The courses are well constructed and target either specific areas or provide a great variety of content. This has been my go to app to keep me centered all year long! The app has made it really easy to track, favorite, and share to Strava. Brava!

Yoga15 Fantastic App

I have been using Yoga15 for a number of years and like it because it’s only 15 minutes and can easily be completed most days which has made me more supple and stronger more resilient to my physical job and less injuries from my cycling and running program.
I highly recommend!
Easy to follow sessions and tailored to different sports or just stretching breathing and relaxing.
Plus Abby is available for help and advice.

Brilliant

It’s great so clean and easy to use

A good cup of coffee

We all have our own daily routines. Brushing our teeth, etc.
Yoga15 has & always will be one of my daily essential tasks to somewhat “Floss” my body. Quick & Easy( sometimes definitely challenging), yet deep and soothing!
I began using her videos as a pilot on layovers. Which fit my everyday schedule that was anything but routine.
She greatly assisted me in my recovery from a massive bike accident, that resulted in a broken pelvis, 6 ribs, collarbone, and skull. As well as a serious concussion and a concussion of my inner ear, resulting in intense vertigo.
The app is a wonderful tool for anyone, anywhere & anytime to get a daily dose of therapeutic, empowering and restorative movement!!

My favourite online yoga

I’ve been a subscriber to Yoga15 for years, ever since I became acquainted with Abi’s teaching through her videos on The Sufferfest. She’s a top notch yoga teacher. Her work is accessible to all levels and you can pick and choose among the substantial video collection based on time, skill level, purpose, or focus. Bringing Abi’s offerings together in an app makes it even easier to find what I want and to access the courses, videos, articles, and other content. Highly recommended!

At last!

Great to have the Yoga15 vids in an app. Abi Carver is a good teacher and I love the way her videos are very targeted towards different sport disciplines or different ailments/aches and pains. I’m really enjoying the longer Yin stuff too now I’ve been doing her videos for a few years. The functionality in the app is just what I needed (bookmarking favourites and creating playlists) as I have my fave vids for hips, lower back, etc… all the stuff a runner and cyclist needs. Ms Carver has helped me enjoy my sports into my mid/late 50’s with no niggles. I do the vids 3-4 times a week, it’s now part of my routine. Great work on the app :)
