So Upset Right Now
Got error “SDK: purchase.119 Please check your security code, card details and try again” when trying to add my debit card to buy a ticket.
100% positive my security code on my debit card is right, as it’s in my hand when adding the card to the app.
Hard to get it wrong when card is in my hand.
Unable to use my credit card so can only use my debit card.
Have to now take an Uber that I can’t afford to get to work because of this.
Please fix this immediately!

No support after 5pm
Needed support from the developers on transferring account on to another phone. It’s not just log out of the broken phone and long into the new phone nope. Buses run until after 1am I feel they should have available until the busses stop running to take of problems such as this for now I am without a bus pass at 6pm until some time tomorrow when someone gets in contact to try and resolve my issue and I need my pass tonight. I am very displeased and I hope they do a better job than this.Show lesstouched2u2

Incorrect information about ticket validity
When you on Single Ride ticket information, it says that the ticket is valid for one ride while in fact the ticket is valid for 150 minutes. Please, change the description accordingly to avoid frustrationDenys A.
Tickets disappeared??
My tickets disappeared suddenly when I needed them then they reappeared later. I think you need wifi to see your tickets or else they disappearariishui

Nice Start, but Terrible UI and UX Experience
Halifax Transit, you’re finally catching up to other Canadian transit systems - welcome to the 20’th century!! Now lets just improve the 21st century experience. ;-) The UI needs some work and streamlining… especially for other phones. Oh and an iPad Mini app would be nice too, just saying. ;-)
The new features and options for buying individual tickets, plus 1 day, 10 day, and monthly passes is awesome!! However, it would be great if we can buy tickets and passes that can be gifted to others. For example, my wife and I will buy tickets for each other and our kids. Also, with the paper tickets still in print and sold, it’s not uncommon for me to buy a 10 sheet of adult bus tickets, and then give one too my wife or to my daughter. I also know of some businesses that will gift bus tickets too their employees as well?Show lesspacketcowboy
Good, but needs improvements
It’s great to see something like this in the works, but it needs further development, doesn’t feel like it was ready for release yet.
The design is is pretty cluttered, and on my iPhone 12 mini the text doesn’t fit on the buttons etc.
Only accepting Visa / MC limits the accessibility of the app. Integration with Apple / Google pay options and / or PayPal / Interac would open the app to a wider audience

Disappointed
I was really excited to finally not have to figure out where to buy my monthly bus pass except when I used this app they only have 7day passes :( and if I buy 4 of those I pay $10 more then just finding a place to purchase my bus pass :( I haven’t even got to really use the app and I’m already disappointed.
