They charge you $10 for 5 minutes and then $2 for each additional minute. Doesn’t sound bad right?
That’s what I thought too. But here’s the problem, they deliberately drag out a 5 minute conversation to 25 minutes with delayed responses. So this app is going to cost you the same as all the others averaging around $40-50.
The person I chatted with was helpful, but I’m almost positive the long delay between responses is deliberate. The entire conversation could have easily fit inside a 5 minute time period. There was no reason for the chat to take 25 minutes or for me to pay $50.
Deceitful and dishonest practices, I would seek help elsewhere.Show lessnous333

We're really sorry that this is your opinion of our product. We only work with real licensed pharmacists as we strive to provide live conversations with real people. The personal touch we offer is what makes us stand out from the competition. Pharmacists may need some time to think and sometimes do some research before answering your questions. There are faster and cheaper services available, but they are lower quality as they rely on chatbots without any real human to speak to. As you mentioned, the cost to speak to a pharmacist is clearly stated in the app and it’s always the customer’s choice to continue or end the conversation beyond the initial 5 minutes. Although I completely understand the frustration of your conversation taking longer than expected. Our expectation is that pharmacists can answer a majority of relevant questions asked in about 5 minutes or less, at a basic level, but additional followup questions or more detailed information can prolong the conversation. Many questions asked do not ever go over 5 minutes, but it’s also not uncommon for a conversation to go over. Pharmacists may take some extra time to respond if additional details are asked of them, but aim to respond fast while verifying accuracy and maintaining quality in their responses, which is a challenging job. I was connected to a pharmacist within seconds and they were very helpful through out the whole process. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!!Ahak1
