I have been doing yoga flow for a while now and I actually see a big difference in a mouth I really recommend.xxingh
Beginner
The voice did not move with the yogi. I’m an intermediate and found myself lost a couple times due to this. Also instead of a horn awakening from corps pose maybe a subtle bell ringing awake. The horn was completely painful at the end of what is supposed to be a relaxing flow.Trial yogi
