  • HEART RATE ONLY

After purchasing this app for almost $40, it appears to measure your pulse/heart rate only and nothing else.
I hope I'm wrong and there are more heart measurements offered, but so far heart rate is the only item I have found available to measure. The app seems to provide a place to enter your blood pressure and oxygen level readings but only for documentation purposes - those measurements require external devices and the results can then be entered into the app for record keeping. Very disappointing so far. Will keep searching throughout the app.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your detailed feedback! I’m sorry to hear that the app isn't meeting your expectations so far. It sounds like you've already explored the main features. Currently, the app focuses primarily on measuring your heart rate through your mobile device's sensors. The sections for blood pressure and oxygen levels do indeed serve as a way to manually input data from external devices, allowing you to keep a comprehensive record of your health metrics and we do provide you all the analysis on the state of your health when you complete filling data. We understand how important it is for an app like this to offer more comprehensive measurements, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. I'll make sure to pass your comments on to our development team so they can consider this for future updates. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out at feedback@begamob.com. We appreciate your patience and hope we can meet your expectations with future improvements!
  • Poor indicator of heart health

Im a healthy vegan athlete. Your app informed me that my heart age is higher than my actual age but that’s impossible. I have low cholesterol and eat a very healthy diet, exercise daily, don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I think your assumption is incorrect. Making assumptions about a person isn’t a useful function.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your feedback, and I completely understand your concern. As a healthy vegan athlete with a great lifestyle, it's natural to feel frustrated with the app's "heart age" calculation. The app’s algorithm uses general population data and factors like heart rate to provide an estimate, but it might not fully account for individual variables like your fitness level, diet, or lifestyle habits. We appreciate your input and will pass this along to our development team to improve the accuracy and usefulness of this feature. If you have any further concerns or need assistance, feel free to reach us at **feedback@begamob.com**. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and we hope to make improvements!
  • Cancel

I like it but I can’t really understand how it works do u have to have a blood pressure cuff for your phone some how or what and I know it says you can go to your account to cancel it but there is no way to do that after the 3 day free trial and I’m afraid it will charge my account , so can u help me with this so that it won’t. Thanks

    Developer Response

Thank you for reaching out! To clarify, the app doesn't directly measure blood pressure. Instead, it allows you to manually enter readings from a separate blood pressure cuff or other devices. Unfortunately, the app itself doesn't function like a blood pressure monitor. As for canceling your subscription, follow these steps to ensure you're not charged after the free trial: 1. **Open the App Store** on your device. 2. Tap your **profile icon** in the top-right corner. 3. Select **Subscriptions**. 4. Find our app and choose **Cancel Subscription** to stop future charges. If you need any further help, feel free to contact us at **feedback@begamob.com**. We're happy to assist!
  • Renewal

I subscribed using a 3 day trial. However, I was charged the same day as the day I signed up on August 23rd. So, I cancelled the subscription and I am still being charged for something that was to be cancelled due to this company not keeping their end of the bargain and allowing me 3 days to try their product.

    Developer Response

I’m really sorry to hear about this frustrating experience. It sounds like there was an issue with the 3-day trial not being honored properly. Since subscriptions and billing are managed through **Apple's App Store**, you can request a refund and ensure your subscription is fully canceled by following these steps: 1. **Open the App Store** on your device. 2. Tap your **profile icon** in the top-right corner. 3. Select **Subscriptions** and make sure your subscription to the app is canceled. 4. Visit [Apple's refund page](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) to request a refund for the charge. I completely understand how disappointing this situation is, and we appreciate your patience. If you need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us at **feedback@begamob.com**. We’re here to help ensure this is resolved!
  • Disappointed

I did the free 3 day trial. The app was on point with my heart rate. I have a pacemaker with a heart rate set at 70 and the monitor is pretty dead on. As for the blood pressure which is something else I am in need of, was not included. The age shows both heart rate and blood pressure readings when the phone is placed on the wrist. This app does work on the wrist but designed to work with your index finger over the phone’s camera lens. Its false advertisement in my book. The company needs to change how they are advertising their product.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your detailed feedback, and I’m glad to hear the heart rate feature worked well for you. However, I completely understand your frustration with the **blood pressure** feature and the advertising. You’re right—the app is designed to measure heart rate using the phone’s camera and your finger, not to measure blood pressure directly. Your point about misleading advertising is very valid, and I’ll make sure to pass this feedback along to our team. We want to ensure our users have clear and accurate expectations. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach us at **feedback@begamob.com**. Thank you for sharing your experience!
  • I like it

Very impressive. I’m not one to stay with a app like this. I like it and I’m going to try to keep doing the daily data.
    Good job

  • This app isn’t accurate

Please do not download or spend money on this app to check your vitals. Buy an Apple Watch and a blood pressure monitor if you have to keep check on your vitals. My Apple Watch read 72bpm on my heart rate, and this app was telling me my heart rate was 116bpm. I was sitting down while doing it. I do have tachycardia, but I’m not moving around etc rn. Also, if you can’t afford an Apple Watch (which is understandable in the times we are in right now) you can also measure your heart rate by feeling your pulse in your neck counting beats up too 15 seconds and then times how many beats you counted by 4. That’s a way more accurate way than this app.

    Developer Response

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear that the app didn't meet your expectations and understand how important accurate health measurements are, especially when managing conditions like tachycardia. Our app uses **Photoplethysmography (PPG)** technology to measure heart rate, which can sometimes produce less precise results compared to dedicated devices like the Apple Watch or medical-grade equipment. We appreciate your feedback, and we’ll pass it on to our team to explore improvements. If you have any further questions or concerns, feel free to reach us at **feedback@begamob.com**. Thank you again for your input!
  • Has lot of good data but….

But…the app subscription options are so confusing. There is no clarity or info around difference between premium and pro plans. With so many subscription options and unclear info on differences between them, even though the data is good, I’m sure there are potential customers like me that may not have signed up for ongoing subscriptions. The app is quite user friendly and provides good info.

    Developer Response

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear you find the app user-friendly and helpful, but we apologize for the confusion around the subscription options. We understand how frustrating unclear pricing and plan details can be, and we’ll work to improve transparency between the **Premium** and **Pro** plans to avoid confusion for users like you. Your input is invaluable, and we'll pass it on to our team to make necessary improvements. If you have further questions or need clarification, please reach out to us at **feedback@begamob.com**. We're here to help!
  • So far, so Good

I’m still trying to decide if I want to continue with the subscription. I find this app very user-friendly and I like the results I get even if they’re not the best results … although, I have admit that sometimes I don’t like the results.🤫

    Developer Response

Thank you for your honest feedback! We’re glad to hear that you find the app user-friendly and that you're generally happy with the results. It’s completely understandable to have mixed feelings about certain readings — we all have those moments! 😅 We hope the app keeps supporting your wellness goals. And if you have any questions or need help deciding, feel free to reach out to us at **feedback@begamob.com**. We're always here to assist! 😊
  • Product not all it appeared to be

The picture showed people getting rid of their blood pressure monitor and using this electronic method but after signing up I realize it only monitors my heart rate! Pop up ads are everywhere and the arrow to continue is small at the very top so you sign up for something else before you realize it. No clear way to cancel the service!

    Developer Response

We apologize for the confusion and frustration. The app only measures heart rate, not blood pressure, and we understand your disappointment. To cancel your subscription: 1. Open the **App Store**. 2. Tap your **profile icon** > **Subscriptions**. 3. Find our app and select **Cancel Subscription**. If you need further help, please email us at **feedback@begamob.com**. We’re here to assist you!
