Promising app but needs flexibility
It would be helpful if you can choose to repeat weeks or go back if falling out of the routine without needing to email customer support. Given the programme is 12 weeks but I’ve paid for a year subscription, I expected this type of flexibility and i’m intrigued on what will be offered next once the programme is finished.

It’s ok but not great doesn’t work well
This ap could be improved with a help contact section and improve the bug that took away sound. There’s not much instruction around progression and what options you have to advance your breathing practice. The ap should also Allow access to the weekly content so you can go back and listen to the last weeks. If you miss a week it’s gone as far as I can tell. More breathing patterns, like what is found in stasis, being introduced as tools would be good. Unless these changes are made, there’s no reason to give money to this ap. You can find all it has to offer free on YouTube or by following long covid groups which provide articles and information on instagram. If all of this was seamless and accessible I would recommend this ap.

Doesn't scale to system font
