Thank you for giving the App a try and the feedback. The app is $0. So not sure why you were charged. Please text me at 808-800-6915 and I will alert Apple and get you a refund immediately. We have many people who have used the App successfully so feedback is important to implement any fixes that may be needed. I will alert the coder today. I use the App and as long as I hit Add after I take a photo or add a provider name it captures and stores the information. If I fail to select “Add” is gone and I have to re-enter. Thank you Mr TTI - I really, really appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback. I spent thousands to provide this tool and I must get it right. I appreciate you. Thank you!🤗
