I *love* that they’re using the Procreate interface. I couldn’t use the old MediBang much because of the interface, but I prefer their brush engine, so I’m glad they’re taking from Procreate. Also, why does it overwrite the creation date every time we save? This was a problem in the first MediBang. Sad to see it happen here. I have to duplicate my files every time. Also, it lacks recording your drawing process, which the original MediBang has. Please implement this. Also, can the app icon be cuter? Thank you!

MediBang Pro does allow you to duplicate files in the Gallery. Our team is working on implementing a Timelapse feature, and we appreciate your patience.
-The MediBang Pro TeamApp is crazy good and unlike procreate you can clip mask folders which is huge for ppl like me who are accustomed to clip studio paint. I hope in future updates it has some type of dynamic brush scaling like procreate and some brush Imports too. Also another note is 72 dpi being insanely crisp which is suspicious and I gotta figure out why
Aside from a bit of lag,I really enjoy using medibang pro. the UI is easy to get accustomed to, the brushes are excellent too, somewhat standard but overalls I still find it quite nice. Maybe if it had some other features like Timelapse could consider it premium but other than that I’ll give it a solid 4.
This is by far one of the best apps compatible for IPad, it has a huge interface so it makes sense it wouldn’t be available to IPhone. It has many many tools, user friendly, and overall a great app for artist like me! It has a variety of tools to select from, from brushes, pens, paint, etc. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a more than professional app that meets your expectations!
I enjoy drawing on the app, very beginner friendly for new artists. Very fun and easy to use. There’s no subscription like other apps, you keep it forever, very great. Hopefully as new updates roll out, they’ll be new features to try.
MediBang Pro is like Procreate, it has a lot of brushes, and a lot of the same features, but it is a little laggy. The layout of the app is very clean and easy to navigate, and the whole app is decent for drawing good art.
So far I like using the app but one thing that bothers me that I heavily prefer the old MediBang interface (kinda looks like Photoshop on iPad) one thing I like is how easy it is to tap on shortcuts menu. Hopefully they might add an option to toggle different interface like the current one and the old one
I bought Medibang pro after trying out the trial version and I’m very happy with my purchase! One thing I wish was better though is the transform tool and selection tool. It’s a bit annoying to go to selection then close and go to transform. I wish both were in the same section for easier editing.
I’ve had a great experience with Medibang drawing comics and character for a long while. Now with the newest version of the Pro on iOS, I am blown away. Highly recommend as an affordable and very reliable alternative for artists of all levels.

This app is nice, I like brush customization now, I like the new flip canvas right on the screen. There are some good quality of life updates in this app.
However. I don’t like how the interface is basically just procreate. Would absolutely love this app to have a more unique ui. Everything looks just like in procreate, very weird.
Also why is there STILL no mirror ruler 🤨 give us a mirror ruler for the exact middle of the canvas please.
Most of what I dislike are small nitpicks like references are a bit harder to get to now, though I like the new additions to the reference feature, very nice to be able to flip it with 1 button.
Anyways I don’t think I’ll be buying this one until we get the mirror ruler. Still very hung up that MediBang doesn’t have this basic feature
